Information we collect: Name, mailing address, email, phone number, rental application data, lease and payment records, and maintenance requests.

How we use it: To process applications, manage leases and properties, collect rent, coordinate maintenance, and communicate with tenants, applicants, and owners, including by text message.

SMS messaging: Phone numbers and SMS consent are used only to send messages related to your tenancy, application, or property. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing: We share information only with service providers needed to operate our business (such as property management software, payment processors, and screening services), or as required by law. This sharing excludes SMS opt-in data and consent.

Security: We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
